Do you do an NDA before the recon audit?
Yes, mutual NDA, our standard or yours, signed before any data moves. We default to ours because it’s short; we’ll redline yours in the same week.
What data do you actually need from us to start?
For an audit: airline portal access (read-only is fine), one quarter of booking exports from your TMC, and your GSTR-2B for the same period. That’s the whole list. We do not need ERP credentials at audit stage.
How long does a no-commitment audit actually take?
From signed NDA to delivered report: typically eleven to fourteen working days. Two days to wire up portals, a week to retrieve and reconcile a full cycle, two days to write up the verdict report.
We’re an SAP shop. Is there an integration lift?
Not for the audit. You receive a report, you don’t plug anything into SAP. Integration only enters the picture if you decide to continue past the audit; SkyConnect handles the SAP side and the median build is roughly three working days. See the SkyConnect page for the supported-systems grid.
Is there a free trial of the product?
There isn’t a self-serve trial. The product runs on your data, not a sandbox. The audit is the equivalent: one cycle, our cost, real recovery numbers on your books, no commitment to continue.
