These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TraCarta website, professional services, and technology platforms, including the SkyBoard platform. For the purposes of these Terms, "TraCarta," "we," "our," or "us" refers to TraCarta India Private Limited, its affiliates, partners, employees, technology platforms, and authorized representatives involved in delivering professional services and digital solutions. By accessing the TraCarta website, engaging TraCarta services, or using the SkyBoard platform, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. Services

TraCarta provides professional services and technology enabled solutions including:

Financial and tax reconciliation services
Compliance and operational advisory
Financial analytics and reporting
Technology enabled financial process solutions

These services may be delivered through consulting engagements or through proprietary platforms including SkyBoard, SkyLedger, SkyDoc, and AlignIQ.

3. Use of Website

The TraCarta website is intended to provide information about the firm's services, expertise, and technology platforms. Users may access the website for informational purposes and to communicate with TraCarta. Users may not:

Reproduce website content without permission
Attempt to disrupt or compromise website functionality
Use the website for unlawful activities
Misrepresent their identity while interacting with the website

All content on the website remains the intellectual property of TraCarta unless otherwise stated.

4. SkyBoard Platform

SkyBoard is TraCarta's proprietary Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to provide clients with secure access to reconciliation reports, financial analytics, and supporting documentation. The platform enables authorized client users to access structured outputs generated through TraCarta's services. Access to the platform is restricted to approved users within client organizations and designated TraCarta personnel.

5. User Accounts and Access Responsibility

Users granted access to SkyBoard are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users agree to:

Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
Prevent unauthorized access to their accounts
Notify TraCarta immediately if unauthorized access is suspected
Ensure that only authorized individuals use their login credentials

TraCarta reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access in cases of misuse, security risks, or violation of these Terms.

6. Client Data Ownership

All financial data, documents, and information uploaded to or generated through TraCarta services or the SkyBoard platform remain the property of the respective client. TraCarta processes such information solely for the purpose of delivering services and operating its platforms.

7. Confidentiality

TraCarta maintains strict confidentiality with respect to client information. All employees, consultants, and authorized personnel are required to protect confidential information and use such data only for the purpose of delivering services.

8. Platform Availability

TraCarta makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the SkyBoard platform operates reliably. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, technical issues, or external disruptions. TraCarta will take reasonable steps to minimize downtime and restore service availability promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with TraCarta services, methodologies, and technology platforms — including SkyBoard — remains the property of TraCarta. Users may not reverse engineer, replicate, or copy any platform functionality without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

Information generated through TraCarta services or platforms is intended to support financial and operational analysis. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before making financial or regulatory decisions. To the extent permitted by law, TraCarta shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, services, or platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of TraCarta services or platforms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
