Do I need airline or travel tax experience?

No. Strong GST or TDS fundamentals matter more. We'll teach you the airline side, which very few people know well.

Will AI replace the work I'd be doing?

It already does the repetitive part, which is why you won't be doing it. Your work is the judgment: eligibility, disputes, client decisions.

There are no open roles listed. Should I still apply?

Yes. We hire when we meet the right person, not only when a role is advertised. Every resume is read, and we keep it for 12 months.

Where will I work?

From our Gurugram office. Some roles are hybrid, as noted on each listing.

How quickly will I hear back?
